High robes with vivid purple tones. The nose is intense and lively, featuring notes of youth and a variety of wild fruits. On the palate, It is well-balanced with persistent and ripe tannins, good acidity, and licorice and blackberry aromas typical of Tinta de Toro, exquisitely matched with Garnacha, with its fresh red fruit flavours, lengthy finish, and pleasant memory. Semi-cured and cured cheeses, cold meats, pasta meals, white meats, and light spiced recipes, as well as bluefish, go nicely together. Serve at a temperature of 12 to 16ºCelsius.
