La Garnacha 2019 is a Spanish red wine from DOP El Terrerazo. It is an organic red wine, produced by Bodegas Mustinguillo in Utiel, Valencia. PDO Terrarazo is a Spanish geographical indication for Vino de Pago. The El Terrerazo property currently houses 87 hectares of vineyards, where wines are produced under the classification of "vino de pago". At Garnacha de Mustiguillo it is harvested manually in small boxes of 15 kg. At the winery, the grapes go through two selection tables. Fermentation then takes place in 80hl wooden containers, with 20% of the stems intact, to ensure that a compact layer is not formed, with light pumping and light secondary pressing for 10 days. The post-formative maceration is then performed for another 8 days. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
