Bigarreau cherry red with deep intensity. On the nose, it has very ripe red fruits, balsamic and spicy notes such as anise and licorice. Marked mineral character and lightly toasted, all keeping a very good balance on the nose. The palate is ample, with good structure, medium tannins and refreshing acidity, fruity, long and elegant finish. We recommend pairing this wine with roasts, baked sirloins, game stews and cured cheeses. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC.
