Cherry color with violet reflections, medium to intense intensity. The nose has notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, balsamic notes and a mineral reminiscence of slate soils. The taste is fresh and silky, with balanced acidity, elegant and shiny tannins, with a pleasant and long, fruity finish. We recommend pairing this wine with meat stews, red tuna and semi-ripened cheeses. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC.
