Terras do Coucão is a wine that has all the typical characteristics of excellent green wine, such as aromatic intensity and freshness. Produced from grapes of the varieties Azal and Arinto, from previously selected vineyards, which are pressed whole to obtain a must of great quality. The must is clarified at 12°C for 48 hours and fermented at 18°C for 12-15 days, separately for each variety. The wine undergoes tartaric stabilization in an isothermal vat and light filtration before bottling.
