Viña Jaraba Crianza 2018 is a wine like no other, expertly crafted with passion and dedication by passionate vintners. It is a reflection of the old world's elegance and the new world's vibrant flavor. This exquisite wine is made up of the perfect blend of 80% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Merlot grapes. Grown between 700-750 meters on sandy, clay, chalky, pebbles, and limestone soils, these grapes are hand-harvested at just the right time to guarantee the ideal taste and consistency.

The production begins with all grape movements by gravity and fermentation in small tanks separated by variety and source for a natural process. Aging for the varieties then takes place separately for 8 months in a barrel with eighty percent American and twenty percent French oak, followed by additional aging in the vat and bottle for extra depth.

Viña Jaraba Crianza 2018 is a perfect choice for the wine lover looking for complexity and depth of flavor. Its aging process of eight months in cask, with eighty percent of the barrels made from American oak and the rest from French wood, gives the wine an incredible aroma of cassis, Cuban cigars, dark soil tones, a touch of Pomerol-like chocolate tones, woodsmoke and a deft framing of new oak.

This is the perfect bottle for someone who loves to explore different flavors. On the palate, the 2018 Crianza is bright, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a good core, fine-grained, moderate tannins and very good length and grip on the poised and balanced finish.

If you’re searching for a special bottle of wine to impress your guests, this is it! Viña Jaraba Crianza 2018 pairs wonderfully with both white and red meat, which makes it an ideal wine to serve while entertaining. The best temperature to enjoy this unique experience is 16 C.
