It's a beautiful cherry colour with intense garnet trims. It has a rich nose that emphasises the ripeness of the grape with aromas of black fruit, cocoa, toasted wood, and spicy accents (cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and some vanilla). It is gentle and sweet in the palate, highly fruity, with feelings of black fruit, fine toasted notes, and aromatic woods, and has a very lengthy and complex finish. We suggest pairing the wine with grilled red meats, cheeses, and Iberian ham. 16C is the ideal serving temperature.
