In 1928, César Martinell — one of the most gifted disciples of Antoni Gaudí — completed the construction of the Cavas Varias cellars and mansion in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, creating one of the most architecturally extraordinary addresses in the Cava region. The Fernández family, who have driven the winery forward with a deep reverence for tradition and the courage to embrace cutting-edge technology, produce their Cavas within these modernist walls with the same founding conviction that the building itself embodies: that the best of tradition and the best of progress, pursued together, create something that stands the test of time. La Bona Vida Brut is the most immediate and most joyful expression of that philosophy: 40% Xarel·lo for aromatic freshness, 30% Macabeo for fruit generosity and 30% Parellada for delicacy and lift, traditionally harvested, vinified and aged a minimum of 12 months in bottle before release.
