Pappardelle Con Gamberi e Zucchine

440 G Pappardelle
16 prawns washed and peeled
10 cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 glass of white wine
Salt and Pepper
Wash the courgettes and cut off the ends. Cut them into quarters lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut the zucchini into wedges
Peel and wash the prawns and cut them into pieces. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Wash the parsley and chop.
Slice the garlic
Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the garlic until golden brown and remove from the pan with a spoon.
Put the zucchini in the pan and fry over high heat. Toss in the prawns and then the cherry tomatoes. Pour in the white wine to deglaze. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your liking and sprinkle with a bunch of chopped parsley.
Cook the pappardelle until al dente in boiling salted water. Drain and add the pasta to the saucepan. Mix well and add salt if needed.
