Recommended Prosecco for this Cocktail:

Imani Prosecco Sparkling Wine

Made from 100% Glera grapes, this beautiful wine is carefully crafted through a meticulous vinification process. Using specially selected yeast and the Charmant method during the second fermentation, the Prosecco retains its distinctive flavor profile. With a lovely golden color and fine bubbles, it presents intense fruity aromas on the nose, rich with apple, lemon, and grapefruit. On the palate, it's fresh and balanced. We recommend pairing this prosecco with aperitifs and seafood, and serving it at a temperature of 6º - 8ºC.

Prosecco Extra-Dry "P"

With vines harvested from the Valdobbiadene hill country and fermentation at controlled temperature, this prosecco boasts a delightful straw yellow color with fine bubbles. On the nose, floral notes and aromas of pear and peach entice you in. Once you've taken a sip, the fresh prosecco intensifies in your mouth and leaves a satisfying taste. We recommend pairing this sparkling gem with an apperitif or spicy starters to really enhance the flavors. But don't stop there! It also goes great with shellfish salads and vegetarian dishes.
