Senda Garnacha Organic 2018 is born from three remarkable plots — Boquerón, Los Corzos and La Coja — where Grenache vines aged between 40 and 85 years grow in sandy gravel and rocky granite soils in the heart of D.O. Madrid. These ancient soils impart a distinctly mineral, floral personality to the grapes, producing clusters of exceptional freshness and purity. True to the philosophy of Las Moradas de San Martín, Senda is crafted with minimal intervention — aged for ten months in 500-litre French oak barrels of varying uses to preserve maximum freshness, then bottled without filtering, stabilising or clarifying. The result is the purest, most vibrant expression of Garnacha in the estate's range. Even the label carries a story — a fragment of a narrative written for Las Moradas by Spanish author Luis Zueco.
