Vincent Pugibet and his father François have spent 30 years rejuvenating the vineyards of Languedoc, winning recognition for exceptional quality — including the title of Best Chardonnay in the World in 1995 — and pioneering low and no-alcohol wine ranges that received high acclaim in 2009. Today, Vincent is pushing the work further still, cultivating new grape varieties with natural pest resistance for entirely pesticide-free viticulture. Born to Be Free is crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and de-alcoholised with the expertise of a winery that has been mastering this process longer than almost anyone in France.
