Garnet color. Intense and complex aroma. Taste with a good balance on the palate, soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Because Touriga Nacional is a variety that grows at high temperatures, expect deep and complex notes. On the nose, it has marked fruitiness with notes of blackberries, currants and plums, with intense herbs such as licorice and mint. On the palate, it tends to have a slate note that runs through its core, as well as a surprising violet floral. We recommend pairing this wine with lamb. We suggest a serving temperature between 15ºC and 17ºC.
