Fine and consistent bubbles with a straw yellow tint. On the nose, there are soft and delicate fresh notes with hints of fennel and ripe fruit. It has a honeyed, lengthy and mature mid-palate with a bitter, creamy, and extremely delicate finish in the mouth. Cava should be served as an aperitif with fish and shellfish. It is recommended that the service temperature is between 4º-6º Celsius.
