Dehesa del Carrizal Petit Verdot 2016 is a Spanish red wine with an intense cherry red colour and notes of blue. On the nose, it reveals shades of berries, licorice, and also balsamic shades. On the roof of the mouth, the attack is fresh and smooth, and subsequently, the concentration of ripe tannins appears, resulting in a long and complete end. Petit Verdot's main mineral feature, graphite, is always present. It pairs well with steaks, poultry, game meats, and cheeses. It is best to serve at a temperature between 15º and 16ºC.
