The colour is an amber yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it has white fruits and flowers, honey and bay leaf scents, white apricot, peach, hay notes, and well-integrated wood notes. Resh attack with good acidity, broad, refined, and hefty on the palate. Authentic and exquisite, with a unique finish of the Verdejo de Toro type. It goes nicely with fish, seafood, rice, pasta, vegetables, cured ham, foie gras, smoked and all sorts of cheeses, as well as any type of meat, stew, or barbeque. The serving temperature is between 8ºC and 10ºC.
