Bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it has an aromatic intensity of ripe tropical fruit: pineapple, peach, and melon. Faint hints of aromatic herbs ending in an enveloping creamy background of fine lees. Earthy notes and fresh salty memories. In the mouth, it presents the fullness of flavors, resulting in very broad, sweet, full-bodied, and tender wine at the same time, silky, deep, and with a great structure. This wine is ideal to accompany fish and shellfish, as well as stews, baked meats, and subtly spiced dishes. We suggest a serving temperature between 9 and 12ºC
