This French wine is a blend made from 40% Cinsault, 30% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 10% Carignan. Three generations of the Fadat family cultivated the large 18-hectare place known as Aupilhac in the village of Montpeyroux, along the Hérault River, between Daumas Gassac and Grange des Pères. The Fadat family has been cultivating this land since the 19th century, the vineyards date back to Roman times, and in 1989 Sylvain Fadat finally registered the estate as Vigneron Independant.The traditional vinification of this wine is made of stainless steel and lasts 10-15 days. 50% is aged for 6 months in foudre, 50% aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
