Crafted with a meticulous blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Carignan, and 10% Mourvèdre, this wine offers a harmonious symphony of flavors.

The winemaking process begins with the careful destemming of the grapes during the harvest, ensuring that only the finest fruit is selected. The traditional approach to vinification is employed, honoring time-honored techniques that have been passed down through generations.

During fermentation, precise temperature control ensures the optimal development of flavors and aromas. The grapes are gently nurtured, allowing their unique characteristics to shine through. This meticulous process is followed by a maceration period of 15 to 18 days, allowing the wine to extract additional depth and complexity.

As the wine matures, it rests in stainless steel tanks, carefully preserved to maintain its purity and integrity. This stage of aging allows the flavors to meld harmoniously, resulting in a wine that is well-rounded and balanced.

Winemaker's Notes

Red wine with a nice velvet colour. On the nose, it is very expressive, with notes of red and black fruits, some spices and roasted aromas. On the palate, it is powerful and very expressive. We recommend pairing this wine with charcuterie and blue cheese. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC.
