Mon Plaisir 2018 is crafted by Bernard Magrez from a classic Southern French blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Carignan and 10% Mourvèdre — four varieties that together tell the full story of the Mediterranean South. The grapes are fully destemmed at harvest and vinified using traditional techniques with careful temperature control, allowing each variety to express its most authentic character. A maceration of 15 to 18 days extracts generous depth, colour and complexity before the wine rests in stainless steel tanks, preserving its natural fruit purity and expressive character without the influence of oak. The result is a wine where the power and spice come entirely from the land and the vine.
