Elaboration

This French red wine comes from the A.O.P Bordeaux region. It is a special blend made predominantly from 85% Merlot grapes, complemented by 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

To create this delightful wine, the grapes are harvested mechanically, ensuring they are picked at their peak ripeness. The next step is the fermentation process, which takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of up to 28ºC. This controlled environment allows for the development of the wine's unique flavors and aromas.

After fermentation, the wine is aged for a period of 8 months in oak barrels. This aging process adds depth and complexity to the wine, enhancing its character and creating a harmonious balance of flavors.

The result is a red wine that showcases the essence of Bordeaux, with its rich and diverse grape varieties. The blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon creates a wine with a beautiful combination of fruitiness, structure, and elegance.
