It contains fresh aromas of red and black fruit, such as blackberries and cherries, on the nose, as well as balsamic vanilla undertones. Balanced in the palate, with delicate and agreeable tannin. A wine that is lush and round. In the aftertaste, there's a unique combination of spicy notes and berries. Pradorey Origen Roble pairs well with cold spiced and marinated cold cuts like chorizo, ham, and Iberian pork, as well as grilled stir-fries, pizzas, meat patties, and soft cheeses. At a temperature of 16ºC, it is best served.
