Senda de Leñadores — the woodcutter's path — takes its name from one of Finca Aylés' most characterful single plots, and like everything this exceptional estate produces, it carries both the history of the land and the ambition of the people who tend it. A blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo and other varieties grown within the Pago Aylés estate in Aragon — a Vinos de Pago property, the highest quality designation in Spanish wine — Senda de Leñadores 2018 represents the culmination of the estate's ongoing commitment to organic agriculture, single plot winemaking and the pursuit of wines that genuinely express this irreplaceable Aragonese terroir. Aged in a combination of American and French oak, the wine has been recognised by Guía Peñín with 93 points, awarded a Double Gold Medal at the Grenaches du Monde competition and honoured with the Baco de Oro by the UEC — a collection of accolades that confirms what the glass makes immediately clear.
