Bright and vivid in the glass — the luminous, fresh colour of the Atlantic and three native varieties at their most expressive. On the nose, fresh and immediately generous: peach and citrus opening with Albariño's natural confidence, Loureiro's floral delicacy following, Caíño Blanco's mineral precision completing an aromatic portrait of genuine depth and appeal. On the palate, vibrant and crisp — natural acidity and fruit in complete balance, carrying through to a lingering mineral finish that makes every sip feel like a reward. Best enjoyed with seafood, poultry, creamy pasta and fresh salads. Serve between 8°C and 10°C.
