This French wine, Valmoissine, is made from vineyards on the site of an old monastery at an altitude of 500 meters. The location and orientation of the vineyards guarantee a good sunshine during the summer months, but also coolness during the hot nights. At the same time, the location limits the possibility of freezing during the very cool spring nights. The production of these vineyards is limited because it wants to obtain quality grapes that can then be reflected in the elegance and finesse of the wine.
