Intense cherry red with purple edges. Suggestive and very expressive on the nose, the aromas of berries stand out along with delicate aging aromas (vanilla, balsamic, coffee, toffee and India ink). In the mouth it is wide, with nerve and succulent tannins. Its aftertaste is very persistent and broad. We recommend pairing this Spanish red wine with baked lamb, tapas, sausages, soft cheeses, chedar, havarti and not as soft as blue, goat, pasta and rice. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC.
