Clean and bright. Golden colour. It offers subtle nuances on the nose, with ripe apple and peach aromas, as well as peppery overtones. It has a broad, creamy palate with mild aromas of ripe fruits and a gentle salty character. Barbadillo goes well with seafood meals. We recommend pairing it with tofu, artichokes, or cheese for the adventurous. We recommend a consumption temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
