Maio Albariño 2018 has a straw yellow colour with greenish hues. On the nose, it has medium-high intensity, with white flowers, balsamic (laurel, anise), stone fruits, minerals (stone), and fine lees. On the palate, it's fatty, unctuous, with decent acidity, salty, and an exquisite and subtle bitterness on the end. It goes well with seafood rice dishes, as well as fish and shellfish. We recommend serving at temperatures ranging from 8 to 10ºC.
