Blanc Pescador 2020 is a Spanish White Wine from Emporda. An elegant Spanish white wine with a subtle "needle" point that is obtained strictly through a second natural fermentation that lasts for two weeks; the very slight bubbles that slowly release when the bottle is uncorked produce a slight t tingling on the taste buds. Blanc Pescador has been a benchmark Spanish white wine since the beginning of its journey in the 60s. Refreshing and nuanced with a touch of the needle due to the second natural fermentation, it gives this both a special personality and a pleasant and sparkling sensation in the mouth.

Winemaker's Notes

Clear color with a slight greenish-yellow tone, very pale and shiny. Aromatic, slightly fruity and with a delicate vigor. Effervescent, light and with a pleasant taste. Ideal as an appetizer and to be associated with shells, seafood and fish of all kinds. Due to its Mediterranean character, Blanc Pescador is the ideal wine to accompany the best Mediterranean dishes, from Levantine noodles to Turkish eggplants. The optimum serving temperature is between 6º and 8ºC
