A family project that is born in the vineyard and constantly evolves to achieve high quality txakoli, maintaining its identity and origin unalterable; Bizkaia. The winery owns 40 hectares divided into small plots integrated into the landscape of Bizkaia. Steep slopes facing southeast, looking for the morning sun and airy areas. This is how their Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zerratia grapes grow. They are harvested by hand in October. The low yield per hectare allows for optimum ripening to create structured, high quality wines and txakolis.
