Aromas of licorice, smoke, and balsamic vinegar can also be felt. On the tongue, it has a broad, full-bodied taste with a long-lasting finish that combines red fruits with smokiness. The tannins are incredibly fine and the balance is perfect. We recommend serving it with a variety of meats. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC.
