In sight, it has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is intense and very complex aroma with a predominance of ripe white fruit. Citrus notes, acacia flower, fire perfectly assembled and bakery. Unctuous, dense, silky on the palate, balanced with excellent fresh ness. This Spanish sweet white wine pairs well with blue fish, white fish in sauce, Iberian ham, steak tartare, white meat, risottos, fish stew and oriental-style pasta. It is recommended to serve between 7 and 10º C.
