A rosé wine made in Portugal, with strict crop control, starting from green cutting and harvesting in July. Only hand-picked grapes in the cool hours of the morning. Upon receipt of the grapes, immediate pressing of the whole bunches begins, followed by cold settling. Fermentation is slow, temperature-controlled, in stainless steel tanks. 5 months of maturation on fine yeast. Minimum treatment during the entire vinification, only natural cold stabilization before bottling.
