This French white wine is made from 70% Viognier grapes and 30% Rousanne grapes. Located in the valley of the Rieu Berlou brook, the vineyards enjoy a unique climate. They have been planted to the north-west and south-east in order to be less affected by the fury of the north winds that often hit the region. The second important aspect is that, being in this south-facing valley, the vine enjoys a maximum of sun and also limits the temperature drops. The wine was subjected to malolactic fermentation.
