Elegant red colour. On the nose, it presents aromas of berries and dried flowers and herbs, plum, licorice, vanilla and pepper spices with notes of cedar wood and tobacco, toast, coffee and a mineral and earthy finish. The palate is dry, with a fresh entry and acidity with ripe and elegant tannins. Tasty, persistent and mineral. We recommend pairing the wines with red meat, white meat, coq au vin, and duck magret. We suggest a serving temperature of 16ºC
