This French wine is made in Domaine Jean Marc Brocard, one of the most important and famous vineyards in the Chablis region, in the heart of Burgundy. It is located in the village of Préhy, with over 150 hectares of vineyards, most of which are biodynamic and ecological. The grapes are harvested by hand. The must is obtained by pneumatic pressing and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. The wines are aged between 6 and 8 months in stainless steel.
